All services are subject to availability and Saudi Arabia regulations.

3. Booking & Payment:

Booking is confirmed only after advance/payment receipt. Full payment must be completed before departure. Prices may change due to airfare, currency fluctuation, or government policies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation charges depend on the stage of booking. Visa fees, hotel bookings, and flight tickets are non-refundable once processed. A refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days.

5. Visa Responsibility:

Visa approval is subject to Saudi authorities. We are not responsible for visa rejection or delay. Any loss due to rejection will be borne by the customer.

6. Travel Responsibility:

Pilgrims must carry valid documents (passport, ID, vaccination proof). The company is not responsible for: Flight delays/cancellations Natural disasters Government restrictions

7. Accommodation & Transport:

Hotels and transport are arranged as per package category. Any change due to availability will be replaced with equivalent standard.

8. Health & Safety:

Pilgrims are responsible for their health condition. Travel insurance is recommended. Company is not liable for medical emergencies.

9. Code of Conduct:

Pilgrims must respect Saudi laws and Islamic guidelines. Misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

10. Liability Limitation:

Syed Overseas Tours and Travels acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for third-party service failures (airlines, hotels, transport providers).
